WEEKLY RATES, PAYMENTS & LATE FEES

The weekly tuition rate of $165 will be posted to accounts by 2:00 PM on Friday afternoons. Payment for all accounts will be processed by 6:00 AM on Monday mornings. Any account with an NSF return balance must be paid in full before drop-off on Monday mornings. Payment can be made via parents payment portal on the jackrabbit site. Payments may be paid bi-weekly or monthly as long as tuition is paid for in advance.

PLEASE NOTE: The first tuition charge will be posted on Friday, May 23rd to the Jackrabbit site, and must be paid in full by the first day of camp for your child to begin.

Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, or Discover credit cards. Payments made with a credit card are subject to a 2.89% processing fee.

If there is any unused portion of the tuition from the previous week, it will be credited to the following week.
Example: If your child only attends two days in Week 1 ($115), the remaining $50 will automatically be applied to your Week 2 tuition balance.

LATE FEE: If tuition is not paid by Monday at closing time, a $10 late fee will be charged to your account Tuesday, and $5 per day until paid. Children with a past due balance will not be allowed to attend the following Monday unless the past due balance is paid in full. No account will be held for more than one week. We do not carry balances. If for any reason you decide to withdraw your child from Living Word Christian Academy Summer Camp, a two week notice is required.

ABSENT RATES

The weekly tuition rate will be charged for any child attending three or more days per week. If a child attends one or two days, the tuition is prorated. If a child is absent the entire week, half of the tuition will be charged. Holidays are counted as present.

SNACKS

Each camper at LWCA Summer Camp will receive a free mid morning an dafternoon snack as well as ice cream on Fridays.
